Fran Drescher has proved that she still has a knockout figure at the age of 65.

The Nanny actress posed in a bra top that flashed her toned tummy, adding a skirt as she was photographed for Verywell Health's digital cover story.

'It ain't over until you are,' the raven haired actress - who is a cancer survivor - told the site. 'There are always things you can work on and improve — especially regarding your health.'

The New York native has learned to watch her immune system by keeping her stress levels in check.

'Part of aging well is learning how to manage your stress. You can't stew in it,' the actress said.

'When I'm noticing stress, I will force myself to lie down and decompress. Or, I'll take a walk in the fresh air and appreciate the trees,' she shared.

Partying is a thing of the past as she tries her best to stay healthy. 

'Aging well, for me, is about being at an optimal health,' said Fran.  

'Honoring your body. I always say that, honor your body. Listen to it. 

'Don't be in denial or dismissive of its very subtle whispers…it's more subtle, but it is talking to you constantly, and it does have its own consciousness.

'And you have to plug into that,' she explained.

 'That takes a certain kind of discipline to listen to your body. Too often people deny what their body is trying to tell them.'

'We all deserve a long, healthy life,' Drescher added.

This comes after she was diagnosed with uterine cancer in year 2000.

At first she was misdiagnosed. But two years later she learned she had cancer.

Now she knows she has to look out for herself. 

'I'm a bit of a control freak. I'll give a doctor a few tries, and if I feel like it's not the right fit, I find someone else,' she told Verywell Health.

'It's important to take responsibility for your own health. It's your life, and no one will care about it in the way you do. So, you have to do what's right for you and what you feel good about.'

In May she said being 'rarely alone without ' her service dog helps her PTSD.

The star 'has managed to get on' living her life with the condition since she and her friend were held and raped at gunpoint at her Los Angeles home in 1985.

According to Page Six, the 6actress said at the UN Women for Peace Association Luncheon to End Violence Against Women: 'I am a survivor who has managed to get on with my life in spite of the veil of PTSD that I have learned to live with, and I'm rarely alone without… my service dog.'

Fran is 'often amazed' at how much easy she finds being public with her 'friend, companion and protector', a rescue pup called Angel Grace, one in a long line of pooches loved by Fran.

She said: 'I am often amazed by how much more relaxed I am walking down the streets, moving through airports or entering a hotel room because I am with my friend, companion and protector.'

She added that because of her canine helper she has 'a full, rich life full of both pleasure and purpose.'

The Beautician and the Beast star called herself 'one of the lucky ones' as her attacker was sentenced to 150 years in prison and urged for more action 'as a collective' against violence against women and girls.

Fran said: 'We all, as a collective, must have zero tolerance for any and all misconduct from the most minor wolf whistles on the street to denying of education, who to marry or not marry at all, what to wear, legislating a woman's body, work pay equality, to physical abuse, rape, human trafficking and enslavement.

'Every aspect of disrespecting a woman's rights is an eventual justification towards violence.'
