Jordan Banjo revealed a very embarrassing moment which happened to him before undergone a vasectomy last month.

The Diversity dancer, 30, detailed his experience of having the procedure, which involved cutting the tubes that carry a man's sperm to prevent pregnancy, during an interview on Loose Women on Monday.

The Britain's Got Talent winner revealed he misunderstood the nurse's instructions to undress and 'took his trousers off', but the nurse had only meant for him to remove his jacket

Detailing the hilarious story, Jordan said: 'Let me set the scene. I walk into the doctor's surgery and the nurse says come with me into the nurses office which is next door to the surgery office.

'She said "OK if you want to get undressed". So in my head I'm like Jord just be confident and don't be nervous about it.

'I've got a woolly hat on and a jacket and the first thing I thought to take off was my pants. So I just pulled them down.

'With my pants around my ankles the nurse was like "Um I meant your jacket". I had to awkwardly pull them back up and go into the next room. It was awful.'

To reveal the news he had the procedure Jordan posted a light-hearted video of himself hobbling back to his car after the vasectomy.

He continued: 'Initially when I put the video out on Instagram loads of people were like well done for bringing up the conversation.

'I actually just put it out because I thought it was funny, not that I was sending a message. I think it is a weird there is a stigma around it because between me and my friends and my wife there isn't one.

'Me and my wife had a conversation and for us as a permanent contraception it felt way less invasive, way easier and a much easier recovery time.

'It is reversible and it was my idea. I got it done and I was in and out in half an hour.'

Jordan posted the video of himself walking tenderly back to his car after the procedure as his wife Naomi Courts, who is currently pregnant with their third child, filmed him.

Naomi was heard laughing as Jordan flashed what seemed to be a slightly forced smile before she asked him if he was OK, to which he nervously replied 'yep'.

When Naomi then asked him if he was sure everything was OK, he said 'yes, positive' before insisting that the procedure wasn't 'bad'.

Laughing, he explained: 'The pain's not the problem. The problem is when you're so scared you have a nipple instead of a penis between your legs and then the nurse tries to tape it to your stomach, but there's not much to tape so she basically places a piece of tape over it.'

Looking slightly pained, Naomi then said: 'In you get hun,' as Jordan very carefully lowered himself into the car.

Jordan also shared a black-and-white selfie of himself to his Stories with his hoodie pulled up around his face as he wrote: 'It's a tender morning.'

Britain's Got Talent star Jordan's wife Naomi is currently pregnant with their third child and they revealed their happy news in October.

At the time, he shared an adorable shot with Naomi outside their home as their children Cassius, four, and Mimi, three, cradled her baby bump.

He captioned the shot: 'TRICK OR TREAT! We’re expecting 2 (more) tiny little feet! baby number 3 due April 2023.'

The dancer also shared a sweet selfie of the pair holding their sonogram picture as he penned: 'The Banjo Family is growing even more❤️ Baby number 3 on the way.'

The couple, who tied the knot in August 2022, are also parents to son Cassius Ashley and daughter Mayowa 'Mimi' Angel.

Jordan announced his engagement to Naomi in January 2020 when he proposed during a trip to the Maldives after almost five years together.

Speaking to The Sun he said: 'Nay loves the idea of Mimi being a little flower girl and Cas being a page boy.

'It will be really nice to have them at the wedding because not everyone has children at the wedding, they normally come after. I'm super excited.

'Everyone in Diversity had kids after they got married, we did that the other way round.'

Jordan and Naomi met at famous Essex nightclub Sugar Hut in 2013, but embarked on a relationship two years later.

In January 2018, the couple revealed they were expecting their first child together, with the Essex-based beauty admitting she took 'nine pregnancy tests' out of shock.

She told OK! at the time: 'I wanted to be sure so I went out and bought eight more tests. I sat with them laid out in front of me on the bathroom floor, staring at them in disbelief.

'We always said we wanted kids together, we just didn't think it would happen this soon. We're over the moon, though!'

Jordan rose to fame in 2009 when he won Britain's Got Talent with older brother Ashley as part of their dance troupe Diversity.

What is a vasectomy and what are the risks?

A vasectomy, or male sterilisation, is a procedure to cut the tubes that carry a man's sperm to permanently prevent pregnancy without further contraception.

It can usually be done under local anaesthetic and takes about 15 minutes, according to the NHS.

The procedure is only usually carried out on older men, and surgeons are often reluctant to carry it out on people under 30 in case they regret it later.

The NHS lists possible complications as being a collection of blood inside the scrotum (haematoma), hard lumps called sperm granulomas (caused by sperm leaking from the tubes) or an infection.

Long-term testicle pain is another possible complication, which may need further surgery to deal with.

The percentage of men who experience this pain is debated, with different figures cited by various sources.
