He's joined his country in self-isolation in a bid to stem the spread of coronavirus. 

And Michael Keaton took a break from isolation as he enjoyed an energetic jog around his neighbourhood in Brentwood, California on Wednesday.

The 68-year-old actor appeared in good spirits as he pounded the pavement as he kept himself in shape.

The Dumbo star was dressed causally for his outing, donning a grey hoodie worn over a plain white T-shirt. 

He added dark grey jogging bottoms and navy trainers to his look, adding a yellow sports cap and dark sunglasses.

Michael was previously married to late actress Caroline McWilliams from 1982 to 1990, with the couple welcoming their now-songwriter son Sean in 1983.

One of the screen star's most high-profile relationship was with Friends icon Courteney Cox from 1989 to 1995.

It is not clear how long the Beetlejuice star and his current partner have been dating, but the couple were first went public with their romance when he received his star on Hollywood Walk of Fame back in July 2016.
